1) Processing: Your order will be processed within 2 - 3 business days.

2) Shipping: Candles are heavy & shipping expenses have increased, this is extremely unfortunate for all of us!

If shipments are returned "undeliverable" due to incorrect address, then additional charges for reshipping will be required. If you choose not to have the order re-shipped then your order will be cancelled and you will receive a refund less the shipping costs already incurred. Unless of course, it was our mistake.

3) Returns: While we know it is very hard to "smell" something through a screen (trust me, we've tried), it may be even harder to describe it in a way that you can smell what we're describing (ya' smell me? lol). With this in mind we can only hope you are as happy with your products as we were making them.

- If for any reason you are unsatisfied please contact us with the details ASAP at [email protected] with order number included in Subject. In the event a return is necessary CONTACT US within 7 days of delivery and SHIP ITEMS BACK within 10 days of delivery. You are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you are also responsible for any loss in value.

4) Exchanges: Due to the nature of the product, we can only exchange unused, non-customized items. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
